Shop at PETCO to support the Spay/Neuter Clinic!

July 20th - Aug 10th

The PETCO Foundation has chosen the Fort Collins Spay/Neuter Clinic as the recipient of this year’s Round Up/Spay Today Campaign.

This fundraiser takes place from July 20 thru Aug 10. Donations are collected by people “rounding up” their purchases to the nearest whole dollar. For example if your purchase is $10.25 you can offer to “round up” and would donate $0.75 to the clinic. You should be asked by the PETCO cashier if you want to participate, but just incase they forget, be sure to mention it!

FCCR and the Spay/Neuter Clinic appreciate very much everything that PETCO does to help. They have made substantial donations to FCCR, giving both sizeable donations and food. They host our mobile adoptions every Saturday and Sunday during kitten season, allowing us to take over part of the store and use their copy machine. They also are very gracious hosts, stopping by and checking on the volunteers and kittens and making sure we have what we need. A couple of the store personnel have even adopted kittens. By shopping at PETCO you let them know that you appreciate their efforts, and while you are shopping, please take a moment to say thanks to the manager and the other employees!!

Sunflower Farmers Market Gift Cards

How you can donate 5% of your purchases at Sunflower Farmers Market to Fort Collins Cat Rescue

Sunflower Market

What's Scrip? How Does it Work?

Sunflower Farmer's market Scrip program offers not-for-profit organizations an opportunity to fund raise while encouraging a nutritious lifestyle!

When not-for-profit organizations purchase SFM gift cards, (over the amount of $250), they'll receive a 5% discount off the total gift card purchase amount.

The not-for-profit organization can then resell the gift cards at the full retail value, thus keeping the 5% difference as profit for their group.

So, if your organization sold $1,000 worth of gift cards your group would keep $50 as profit. If $1,000 worth of gift cards was sold per month, your organization could earn $600 in profit over a one-year period.

Featured Kitty

Quigley

Quigley

Quigley is approximately 8 years old. He was surrendered to FCCR along with another kitty when their previous owner moved out of state.

Quigley is highly affectionate and 'demands' to be pet by lying on your paperwork while you are working. He is currently our biggest cat - weighing in at 18 pounds!!

Quigley is declawed in the front, and gets along good with other cats. Do you have room in your house (literally!) & your heart for this big guy??
