Kittens for Adoption
The Fort Collins Cat Rescue has many kittens pass through its doors every month. Our kittens are loved and socialized by many great volunteer foster parents. If you are considering the adoption of a kitten, please check out these great kittens. Please note that our kittens are only available on weekends at Petco during mobile adoption hours. Peaches I am a drop-dead gorgeous young cat, a couple of years old, who loves attention and will sit in your lap and purr for hours! If you walk into the room, I will be right there to rub against your leg to welcome you! When I came to the Fort Collins Cat Rescue, unfortunately I was an unwed pregnant mother, but now that has been fixed and I'm ready to find my forever home! My foster family would love to keep me, but they already have too many cats (I know, I know, how can there be such a thing as too many cats?) so they are anxious to see me adopted by a wonderful person or family with welcoming laps. Call 970-493-5891 by Wednesday, June 25, if you'd like to meet me soon. After that, I will be at the Fort Collins Cat Rescue. Be prepared to fall in love with me at first sight!

Osiris is a handsome red and cream tabby boy about five months or so old, with amber eyes, baby soft fur and a long stripey tail. He is still very much a kitten, playful and affectionate, and has a purr you can hear across the room. He is also good with other cats (in fact, what he wants most is a play buddy--human or cat is fine). Osiris was adopted a couple of months ago by some people who are moving to the East Coast and decided they can't take him along. Now he really needs someone to give him a FOREVER home! Could that be you?

Joel (left) - Joel is outgoing and mischievous. He wants to play with his siblings all day, and would probably do well in a home where he would have plenty of playmates.

Sandy is a beautiful 1 year old Torbie colored kitty. She was brought to the shelter when she was pregnant with her kittens who are also available for adoption (Luigi, Yoshi and Princess Peach). She has been in foster care for 3 months and is an extremely sweet girl. Sandy also LOVES to spend time with her kittens, especially Princess Peach. Luigi needs someone who will go a little slower with him. He is frightened by loud noises, but I would be too if I were only a couple of pounds too! He has experience with other cats and large dogs. Yoshi is the lover of the group. He cuddle with everyone and was the first to purr. He spends most of him time playing with the other kittens and lounging in the sun. Coalette is such a wonderful kitty! She came to FCCR as a pregnant stray, and had 5 beautiful babies. Shortly after giving birth, she took on 3 orphaned kittens that needed a mommy. Coalette was such a great mommy, and now all of her kittens have been adopted. Could you give her the forever home that she deserves?

Jinxie - What a stunning boy! Jinxie is a purebred Himalayan, and he is drop-dead gorgeous! On top of that, he is the SWEETEST kitty ever! Jinxie will most definitely need more grooming than the average cat. He is uber-fluffy!

Mitchell is such a sweetheart. He's 2 years old with a handsome light grey/white coat. He loves to cuddle and even will give you hugs! He is a special needs kitty because he is FIV positive. Please don't let that hinder your opinion about him! He'd love to find his forever home!!

Whiskers - My name is Whiskers, and I am a social butterfly! I love attention and meeting new people. I don't know why, but someone taped me shut in a box and left me on the doorstep of the shelter. That was not nice! However, I don't hold grudges and I am excited to go to a home with someone who will love me with all of their heart. I am a young girl, about 2 years old, and have many years of companionship to offer. I get along good with the other kitties too!!!
